Hypnotherapy is very relaxing, it isn't sleep, it is a beautifully relaxing time that allows your mind the space it needs to work through change. You will sit or lay comfortably, listen to relaxing instructions and allow yourself to let go of all the to do lists and worries in your mind. It is your subconscious mind that rises to the challenge of change during hypnotherapy, which is why you do not need to force any thoughts.
