It takes a great deal of bravery and determination to reach out to and change behaviours, thoughts and fears.  Our initial session will help to set out how your mind works, your mode of modality, the goal you have in mind and answer any questions you have.

I offer enclosed sessions in south west London, or walk and talk sessions in Wimbledon Common.  I also offer pet therapy, which is the use of a gentle dog which you can sit with as a calming influence.
Finding the right practitioner is the key to successful therapy. It is vital to choose someone with whom you can build up a good rapport, who is trustworthy, warm, and empathetic. When you arrange a consultation I will assist you in deciding how we could move forward.

I do not work with aversion techniques which are based in fear, rather I work at the pace you need to adjust how you think and feel.  You are unique and we will work together on developing awareness of your capabilities.  

Hypnotherapy is intensely relaxing and many people choose to have regular sessions, however the choice is yours.
