1.0 Cookie policy
This site uses Google Analytics to track website usage. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages.
Although Google Analytics records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. GA also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you but Google do not grant us access to this. We consider Google to be a third party data processor.
GA makes use of cookies, details of which can be found on Google’s developer guides.
Disabling cookies on your internet browser will stop GA from tracking any part of your visit to pages within this website.
2.0 Contact forms, email links and phone messages
2.1 Should you choose to contact me using the contact form on my Contact page or by clicking a link to email me directly none of the data that you supply will be stored by this website or passed to / be processed by any of the third party data processors. I would suggest that you always consider email as an insecure medium and not include personal, confidential or otherwise sensitive information within an email.
2.2 Email is stored on my encrypted, password protected computer as well as the email server.
2.3 Text messages are stored on a password protected phone, as are any voicemails you may leave which will be deleted once listened to.
2.4 If you book a session with me the details will be stored on an encrypted, password protected calendar. We would suggest that you always consider email and text messages as insecure media and not include personal, confidential or otherwise sensitive information within them.
3.0 Email newsletter
If you become a client of My Brainology your email address will be stored and utilised only by My Brainology and is not passed or processed by any third party.
